The United Progressive Party (UPP) has launched its 2026 general election manifesto, outlining an ambitious platform built on 15 policy pillars that span cost-of-living relief, water security, healthcare, education, roads, crime reduction, agriculture, and business reform.

According to Antigua Observer, the party is pledging early action across all priority areas if elected on April 30, with commitments framed around a clear first-100-days agenda.

The manifesto was unveiled on the party's newly launched digital platform, myupp.org, where the UPP states its intention to begin work on all outlined initiatives from the outset of any incoming administration.

The breadth of the policy platform signals the party's intent to position itself as a comprehensive governing alternative ahead of the upcoming vote, addressing issues that have weighed heavily on Antiguan and Barbudan households in recent years.
