The Ministry of Works has advised the public that major infrastructure works will be carried out along All Saints Road, between FADI Building Supplies and Fresh and Eazy Supermarket, beginning at 7:00 pm on Thursday, May 7th, 2026.
A traffic detour will remain in effect until 7:00 am the following morning. Motorists travelling out of town should turn left at Hazelroy's on All Saints Road and follow the route indicated on the map. Those travelling into town should turn right at Fresh and Eazy Supermarket and proceed along the designated route.
Flag persons will be stationed along the corridor to assist with traffic flow. Certain sections of the detour are designated as one-way traffic zones, and signage will be in place to guide commuters in both directions. Local access will be maintained for residents in the vicinity of the work site.
Motorists are urged to follow all instructions from traffic personnel and exercise caution, as heavy-duty equipment will be operating near the works. All businesses in the area will remain open during the works.
The road work forms part of the broader All Saints Road Project being undertaken by the Government of Antigua and Barbuda. Stakeholders are asked to adjust their travel plans accordingly and allow for possible delays.
