The three companies — Southbridge Capital Limited, Management Solutions Ltd., and Mick Company Ltd. — were all dissolved on April 2, 2026.

A Certificate of Intent to Dissolve was issued on April 14, 2026, and the notice is published by the company's registered agent, Fitzgerald Management & Trust Services Inc.

John Bradshaw of New Winthropes Village, St. George's, Antigua has declared under oath that his life insurance policy (No. S05018958), originally issued by Sagicor Life Inc. and assumed by Sagicor Life (Eastern Caribbean) Inc., has been lost. He has applied for a duplicate policy, and unless an objection is raised within one month, the duplicate will be issued.
