ABLP candidate Dwayne George has won the St. Mary's South constituency, defeating UPP challenger Kelvin Simon in what appears to be a competitive race, according to Antigua News Room.
With 88 percent of votes counted, George secured 894 votes compared to Simon's 797 — a margin of 97 votes. The constituency has a total of 2,816 registered electors. Ten ballots were rejected during the count.
