An eager voter in the All Saints East and St. Luke constituency arrived at his polling station in the early hours of Election Day, only to be left disheartened by what he described as a disappointing turnout.
According to Antigua.news, the man reached his polling station as early as 3:30 a.m., determined to be among the first in his constituency to cast a ballot in today's general election.
Despite his commitment to the democratic process, the voter expressed concern about low participation among residents in the constituency. He stressed that more members of the community should be taking part in the vote.
Polling stations across Antigua and Barbuda opened at 6:00 a.m. as citizens head to the polls in the country's general election.
