The Antigua and Barbuda Electoral Commission (ABEC) has issued a firm directive requiring all political parties to remove campaign materials from polling stations before the upcoming general elections.
According to Antigua Observer, ABEC Chairman Arthur Thomas delivered the mandate in a video address directed at electors across Antigua and Barbuda.
"I take this opportunity to remind all political parties of their legal and civic obligations to…" Thomas stated in the address, underscoring the Commission's intention to hold parties accountable to established electoral rules as voting day approaches.
