Three fishermen have been safely recovered following a regional maritime rescue operation, according to Antigua Observer.

The Antigua and Barbuda Defence Force (ABDF) Coast Guard responded at approximately 7:45 a.m. on Monday to a distress situation involving the fishing vessel F/V LADY MEDESHA. The vessel had suffered a total electrical failure while operating roughly seven nautical miles northeast of Redonda.

As reported by Antigua Observer, a regional marine rescue team coordinated the response effort, ultimately locating the three fishermen safely and bringing the situation to a successful resolution.
