A distressed Antiguan mother is urgently calling on the public to help locate her teenage son, who she says is experiencing a severe mental health episode and has been wandering the streets. According to Antigua.news, the mother, Teneshia Warren, identified her son as Tejornie Mannix and stated this is the first time he has exhibited such behavior.

Warren says the teen has been moving around aimlessly and actively avoiding contact with family members, making it difficult for them to bring him in for medical care. "He is showing signs of having a mental breakdown," Warren said in a message shared widely on social media. "Every time we try to approach him, he runs and hides."

Adding to the family's concern, Warren noted that her son has visible bruises on his body. She stressed that despite occasionally appearing to behave normally, Tejornie is in urgent need of professional medical attention.

Warren is also worried that members of the public may misinterpret her son's behavior. "I don't want him to get hurt by someone who thinks he's just causing mischief," she said. She also believes he may be hungry and acting out as a result of his condition.

Anyone who has seen Tejornie Mannix or has information on his whereabouts is asked to contact his mother at 725-0118. The family is appealing for a swift response so that he can receive the care he urgently needs.
