West Indies fast bowler Alzarri Joseph delivered a stunning spell of pace bowling to spearhead New Winthorpes Lions' demolition of Tertiary Institutions and Schools (TIS) in Round Seven of the ABCA Two-Day Cricket Competition at Factory Ground, according to Antigua Observer.

Sent in to bat after losing the toss, TIS collapsed to a meagre 32 all out, with Joseph's seven-wicket haul proving the decisive factor in the Lions' crushing victory.

As reported by Antigua Observer, the round also saw dominant performances from the Pythons and Empire, who each recorded comprehensive wins to further stamp their authority in the competition.

Joseph's performance underscored his class as an international-level bowler competing at the domestic level, with the lethal pace and movement he generated proving far too much for the TIS batting lineup to handle. The low score of 32 all out reflects just how commanding his spell was from start to finish.

The Lions, Pythons, and Empire now find themselves in strong positions within the ABCA Two-Day Competition standings following the results of the seventh round, setting the stage for a compelling stretch of cricket as the competition progresses.
